I have just started to research a trip I have been planning for some time. I want to travel the coastal highways from San Diego to Seattle but am curious on total time (not from the web because as someone noted on an earlier post the online services pick the shortest routes) and sights not to miss out on. Also, weather; I will be traveling during the first two weeks of Nov. Please share any thoughts or experiences.
