HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY 

Valentines's Day is a time to remember, 
those we love and hold so dear, 
who've been sometimes forgotten, 
during the span of the year. 

It's a time to appreciate, 
those who mean the most, 
we often take for granted, 
because we live so close. 

It's a Thanksgiving in February, 
for people instead of things, 
a time to think of love, 
and bonds held by rings. 

A time to renew committments, 
to young and old alike, 
to friends, relatives and lovers, 
whether they're black or white. 

It's a Christmas in February, 
time for special favors, 
thoughts we share, 
candy of many flavors. 

It's New Year's in February, 
with lots of new promises, 
fantasies and dreams come true, 
by simply saying "Yes". 

A celebration for lovers, 
comes merrily on it's way 
and combines many others, 
Happy Valentine's Day!
